For me, this was easily the most subtle, thoughtful, and powerful episode of the entire series. The plot device has obviously been done before, but never like this.

If I recall correctly, this callback has some undocumented deadline. Go over that and it's unceremoniously killed, great way to corrupt whatever you're desperately trying to write to disk.

Just one example, the type system just does more, IMO very useful, stuff. Richer generics. Dynamic typing is there if you want it. Type inference is great, and then coupled with anonymous types allows for some nifty tool-supported functiona

There are many application-specific scenarios that are enabled by RX that would still take quite a bit of hand-rolling a deep knowledge of RX to get right. A favorite of mine right now is https://github.com/RolandPheasant&#x

I've been working with .NET, Xamarin, and Azure for a while. Those Microsoft products really are a pleasure, I have very little to complain about. Shame that it's only these 3 MS products that justify that statement.

I spend a lot of time in Xamarin so I'm biased in that direction, here's why I think it might bring more of an advantage than you think. C# is IMO a significant step up from whatever Java is running in Android. It's a much ri
