One theory is that it allows the Russian company that was supposed to deliver gas to Europe to get out of paying fines for not delivering enough gas - they'd blame it on force majeure. They were intentionally limiting gas deliveries to

Assuming it can be as dense physically as current flash and RAM, there is a pretty nice market to target in mobile devices that's always looking for things that can lower battery use. Conveniently that's also a market where Apple

In python you split your code into functions when it grows too many indentation levels to be comprehensible. In yaml, you have the whole application logic in one ”function”. Fine for small things, problematic when it grows.

Agreed. I'm somewhat furious at Apple for having ads for their other shows before showing me what I've selected to watch on Apple TV+. Is there any way to disable that?

The thing that makes everything impossible to predict is that the parties currently in charge have, for political reasons, decided that nuclear power is the only possible solution (ignoring the fact that t takes longer to build than the ava

Bah, when I was young we used to DREAM about 25 FPS! I have fond(?) memories of playing Doom on a 386 with a monochrome passive TFT screen.

Cool! I think that image quality could be improved by using a suitable dithering algorithm, the current logic seems a bit simplistic. Could be a nice summer project for my highschooler…
