Been a while since I looked at safe harbor 401ks, but I think you just have to offer it, not force employees to join. And admin costs are going down; I think something like $50 +$8/per/mo on Guideline. Not nothing obviously, but c

Funny how this is blowing up my timeline right now.. isn't this just the annual inflation adjustment? But as an annual reminder.. max out your 401k! Also if you can find a way to be even partially self-employed--max out the (much large

These are stunning quality graphics, for being embedded systems! I remember manually making binary alphabets to show some text on a little 32x128 OLED.

Bill pay is generally just ACH, so yes. I'm not sure if they do cashiers checks though; their tradeoff is that they are electronic only, so physical checks and cash are not well supported.

I've seen the most innovation in this space happening for business checking accounts. We recently switched over to Mercury, which truly has no fees I'm aware of (even international wires are free); which is wild for us coming from

I imagine part of the challenge would be undercutting the resulting cylindrical rock (still attached to bedrock at the bottom). Also there's the significant issue of removing the cut rock from 10k feet below ground. This is much easier

Trying to think what useful things can be done onboard a satellite in only software? If the customer is speccing HW, it would make more sense for AWS to again just sell the resultant data products (assuming sensors) or managed 'satelli

Their vision for attracting new riders in the US reminds me of MegaBus. I was a big fan of MegaBus when I was in college--they stopped at universities, and had clean buses with wifi (supposedly, it never worked), and low fares. I took many

My general assumption of every crypto concept is that it is naturally incentivized to consume all available resources relevant to mining (e.g. Bitcoin -> electricity, Eth -> GPUs, Chia -> SSDs, etc). So then, what's the resour

Sounds excellent! The hardware world is still dirty and manual. I feel like an easy step 1 is just to get transparent pricing at all--extremely common still to have to call for a quote for some niche, but catalog, component.
