Or it could do nothing, it could do a single thing, or it can do several things. Sometimes it just influences color, but often not. They already addressed it in the article, so I'm not sure what the purpose of this comment is.

Because it's not a truck that you can just dump things on, it's a series of tubes.

I feel like OP would've been much better off if they just reworked their cluster into something sensible instead of abandoning K8s completely. I've worked on both ECS and K8s, and K8s is much better. All of the problems they liste

Yeah, it's not very smart. I'm at a company with a $50B+ MC and we run prod on a cluster, staging on another one, then it's tooling clusters like dev spaces, ML, etc. I think in total we have 6 of 7 for ~1000 devs and thousan

Companies would rather use something like dynamodb than self-host riak. You get an army of Amazon code monkeys to help you if something goes wrong, and it's a click away.

As a Canadian, the US already controls Canada in almost every way. We get US media, technology, gas, trade, etc. If the US wanted Canada to do something, they wouldn't have to use subtle techniques to do it, they could just demand it.

M4 is also an ARM architecture, why would Qualcomm's be more efficient?

The post doesn't say anything about production machine. It talks about consumer computing.

That's not very scientific at all. With how close the CPUs are, how would you compare the tiny differences?

Did no one check the scores? They're not the top consumer CPU by quite a range. It's probably the best power per watt, but not the most powerful CPU.

NPUs are efficient, not especially fast. The CPU is much bigger than the NPU and has better cache access. Of course it'll perform better.

It's strange that HN didn't include the full domain "publish.obsidian.cmd".

No, it's a very small piece for what you'd need to make bioweapons.

Fluid intelligence tests are already incredibly unreliable, and this study isn't particularly well done. It's an interesting concept, but I don't feel like the authors defend the hypothesis very well.

ESP32-P4 has MIPI support, which will support the wider variety of high-end ones, but there are a small selection of SPI cameras. If you wanted something that's available now, you could use the STM32F4/F7 or the STM32MP1.

ESP23-P4 will support up to 32mb in PSRAM, MIPI, and hardware h.264 encoding. It'll be a great chip for video.

A good reason would be the lack of support for MIPI for the camera.

You can connect the esp32 to a proper camera, you don't just have to use the development board for it. If you're just taking a picture and uploading it via wifi, you're better off doing it bare metal. It can do everything sta

I've had a PI4 and a PI4-zero running for years. The only failure I've seen so far is that the Zero's SD card failed and the system became read-only.

Shove some Bravo once in a while in the solution and your fungus worry is gone. If you're going with a chemical solution with fertilizer, etc, you might as well use other chemicals like fungicides and pesticides.

This is obviously fake. As tech-savvy users, you should easily be able to verify this. The subdomain cannot resolve as it does not have a valid cert, and okta does not have an API to do this. Come on fellas, do better.
