This is about under-reporting CO2 emissions on paper, which they happened to find while investigating the NOx scandal. It's not related to the engine software. The consequences of this should be purely financial—they will have to pay b

If you like angles or big numbers? 0/100°C trumps 32/212°F in my book; and body temperatures – 37°C vs 98°F – are equally difficult to remember.

I've used a similar approach for Flask-Potion, a REST API framework ( http://potion.readthedocs.org/ ). References are JSON objects in the format {"$ref": uri}, which makes them exceedingly simple to fetch and

The good news is that with ES6/7 and the advent (hopefully) of web components, frameworks lose some of their significance. As things are now, what you need from a framework is a good router and a template engine as glue for the compone

The key here is that this method does not require a battery. In practice though I am skeptical that this contraption would live much longer than a rechargeable battery combined with something more versatile such as a hand crank.

Is an architect an engineer? They draft and re-draft their blueprints until they are happy with them, and then oversee the construction process making changes to the plan as necessary. This is analogous to writing software and deploying it.

That's all really easy with Docker Compose. Preserving state is just a matter of mounting a volume. https://docs.docker.com/compose/ https://docs.docker.com/reference/run/#logging-drivers

I just switched from CM12 to OxygenOS. I don't see many advantages that CyanogenMod might have over this slightly modified stock Android. As with CM, it has a few extra settings and it can be rooted. Yes it comes with Google's App

What you're saying is that you saved 10% electricity and helped the environment at no cost to you. (You might have bought some expensive LED lights, but at least they'll last a number of years.) I also got a little annoyed this ye

You also need a lot of energy to make a car, or to build a combustion engine. Yes, battery driven cars are particularly polluting to produce, but a couple tanks full of gasoline will make up for the difference. http://www.forbes.

Much as with cloud computing, as long as the grid is large enough (covering multiple weather zones) and there is an electricity market that responds to supply and demand, the storage overhead required for renewable power becomes negligible.

I don't think there is any German who hasn't heard about the debts of WWI, and the debt relief that came after WWII. The reason Germans are opposed to debt relief for Greece is that they have read about Greek nepotism in the publi
