Many CMSs are used to produce static sites; WordPress included. The investment in tech like Gatsby, goes a long way to showing how the market does support this. Market dominance, won't describe the trends a market is moving towards.

I'd suggest using Drupal with a static generation tool, headless with Next.JS or Gatsby.

This isn't a sensible approach. We need experts to develop products from a code PoV. We need experts to create content. Not many content creators are great developers and visa versa.

The argument put forward by this agency, doesn't actually hold much weight. Feels more like their choice was made to fit with the agency capability.

Currently using Drupal 8 with a decoupled Next.js frontend .. works very well. Seem less upgrade to Drupal 9. Advanced CMS editing tools, moderation tools, media management, componentised content modules, content library, all content expos

The dynamics feel a bit like good cop / bad cop on an organisational level. "I'd personally love to let X occur .. but it's not allowed due to company policy. This is mandatory." I have always believed everything is

I heard there were problems with build / coil whine when I last bought a laptop back in 2018. I wanted to run Ubuntu as the primary OS .. ended up choosing a ThinkPad. Still certified for Ubuntu, and the fact it came with a Window'

Conceptually, trust suggests we don't need to question, or exercise due diligence. I'd argue, in a capitalist system, you definitely shouldn't trust anyone! Capitalism is based on incentive. -- So following on from this. Is t

I don't think the issue we should worry about will always just be one bad actor in an organisation. A corporation like Apple (or TikTok) will sometimes decide to implement features that are antithetical to its users best interests, bec

There's nothing to be gained by trusting a large corporation. By defending user privacy, Apple is able to have a direct affect on the bottom line of its rival corporations. All corporations behave according to incentives that will help

I disagree and I think you're incorrect. For a long time, I and other people I know chose MBP for professional web-development / video editing / music production because they were provided with a slick GUI on top of a solid o
