Fully agree with the experience, but I don't understand this call to action from a logical point. If you build something to make this better for patients, then... you are the middleman. Sure you might start off with morally good ambiti

The post reads fine, I don't understand why others think it's AI generated. About the post content: I found the analysis itself a bit shallow, but I really appreciate this new perspective on doing review-first analysis without ev

Not directly related to the article, but I've never understood why tipping is a % of the meal price. Like yes, the service you get is loosely related to the price—I'm getting much better service at 3 star michelin than some local

It's just PR, and/or some internal stunt by the eng team for better performance reviews. Both of which are fine, if the article itself is actually useful. In this case, I feel like the only thing that could have been interesting i

Not completely on topic but just throwing this out there: Anyone know how to send from any user under a personal domain on an iPhone? I have a personal mail domain that I have connected to proton. On my laptop I can send from any user@mydom

I took 61a under DeNero as a transfer with high school APCS and college intro class experience, since the dept didn't let me waive the scheme/lisp part. And I was shocked at difficulty, like "no way kids programming for the f

This is a good idea that's never occurred to me. I guess you could also consider it like having one password for all your accounts, except salted with some random string from your password manager

Interested how this plays out in other countries in terms of both reception and actual effect. The current Korean gov set out to reduce house prices by various methods: e.g. high property taxes on houses that are not the owners primary resi

I still don't understand this argument, maybe because I just don't understand enough about crypto currency itself. What coin is stable enough to use as currency? Unless OnlyFans could pay its employees and services with that said

This itself I support, but I still think Korea favors its internal tech companies a little too much. One example: my experience using Google in the states is so much better than Kakao maps here, only because Google was barred from collectin

Steam is not really big enough in Korea to be on the radar. Single player pc games aren't really that popular, and the dominant ones like LoL or other MMO RPGs have their separate installer/launchers

Local online services yes, but healthy I think is debatable. Kakao is quickly spreading its influence beyond just information technology. Messenger, search, payments, banking, blogging, maps, taxi, webtoon, celebrity management, music, char

That does seem pretty nice for self hosting. But isn't a physical device in your house just as vulnerable to fire, water, etc damage, in which case you want another cloud solution anyways?

For those who are considering or already self-hosting, I'm genuinely curious whether it's worth the time/effort vs privacy comfort of mind? Google One prices seem reasonable (except the lack of middle tiers). Even the price a
