I am not debating that the value can be worth the cost; I really meant "playing". Thanks, I'll look into Polygon

When I can use a major chain and execute a smart contract for <$1 (on say a $100 contract) I'll be reasonably stoked. How are people playing with these when the fees are so high?

Genuine question, how were you sure? It doesn't seem like many communities have known NK participants

Core engines no, but Godot scene model overall fits very well for making 2D games. You end up using naturally named things, composing stuff on a 2D plane, etc. I'm sure an experienced unity user can cut through the noise.

To counteract the negative take with my own somewhat, I have found that people are quite happy to have deep and broad consultants. What you say is on point, just for me the customer fires can get quite technical and span many technologies

You don't, though. That's more like IP law, where people really do claim rights over the usage of strings. Crypto is more like allocating a string on some servers with a decentralized process

I think the Cisco attitude (my experience) is more focus on value-driving features rather than "maintenance". Unfortunately, robust user experience ends up being more expensive than starting over sometimes with that attitude

I think words here do matter. Concentration camp isn't taken as a euphemism, per se, but Nazi-specific jargon. This weakens its ability to invoke sympathy for other high-density, high-mortality regions

I'll admit during 2004 I indeed did not want to touch Java or Windows. However, I'd like to say if a project demanded 2004 Java I'd be up for the task now, if the business case was exciting
