Those large enterprise customers are expensive to acquire. Zendesk spent 37M on sales and marketing, with 9M going towards commissions. As they push into the enterprise more, the cost of sales went up. They increased their sales and marketi

It's possible to implement an identity provider, sure. But that doesn't change the fact that there are no password requirements using Mozilla's default provider. Poor default design. Btw, your service sounds very nice for tho

Conspicuously absent from the author's article was Angular. What is it about Angular that doesn't lend itself to this dual purpose frontend and backend infrastructure?

If you have something critical to monitor, my advice is to stay away from Uptime Robot. I've used them for a couple years along side my Pingdom checks. They often don't deliver notifications. My last notification is ".... res

Even if all insurance companies are using fear to sell their product, they still have to compete with each other. The insurance industry is the boring financial industry, but is very vast with many nooks and crannies. The companies are maki

Lost here is Steve's wasted money chasing success in the media space. Failed advertising platform acquisitions (aQ), billions spent trying to get MSN and then Bing off the ground.

Thanks for doing this. It makes your pricing now fair and easy for an entrepreneur to plan. I'm currently comparing Mailgun to Mandrill and I'm wondering what makes Bakunin better? Mandrill's prices look great. Can you enligh

What's a better, free open source alternative to SharePoint? I don't disagree with the point but I would be surprised (and interested) if there was a open source alternative that compared to SharePoint.

I think one useful metric to track would be similar to the stock market's "52-week high." As an end user, comparing to the last month isn't very useful. But knowing, is this the top mark they've had in the last 12 months? That provides rich
