Nemtzov said in 2014, literally, "Putin is deranged and you should know that". This is why he was killed in 2015, mostly. Because even then that was the truth. All those discussions about morals, mistakes and the descent of sanity

SWIFT doesn't matter that much; the other financial stuff either. The big deal is the loss of high or medium tech supplies for the foreseable future. You might not realise how the whole of Russia runs entirely on import of those. China

The problem of having trillionaries in our spellchecker dictionaries? Seriously? I think we have quite more pressing problems than that right now.

I'm not in a charitable mood when the actual outcome is in fact pure and simple oppression. Whoever does that can shove their genuine desires wherever. They should have thought the whole thing out before acting.

We shouldn't push "a mindset" on anybody. The thought of someone feeling entitled enough to "push a mindset" is disgusting.

Meaningless question. Am I rich because I'm depressed or am I depressed because I'm rich? That's two independent variables.

Everything living kills everything in sight for resources. From viruses to civilizations. To some extent this can be moderated, or for a time some optimizations might result in even less destruction, but this is the way this world is. Killi
