What boggles my mind is when visiting sites like Reddit, you will be ridiculed and titled a 'Russian actor' or a 'GOP Trumper' if even questioning anything pertaining to this war. Regardless of where you stand, its clear

Over the course of the past ~6 months, I've been slowly importing my CD collection over to [0]PlexAmp. The player itself is amazing (it has CarPlay functionality) and since its part of the Plex eco system, I can share my music library

Wow, what a blast from the past. I was only 9 at the time this was released and every bit enamored with the world of computers. My dad owned a data recovery business that also developed software. I was home-schooled and would visit his offi

How did you discover music pre-streaming? Either go back to that, or use something like Last.fm which is far superior for music discovery and also gives you listening stats. In addition, there are plenty of YouTubers who love talking about

I’m winding down my reliance on subscription based services. There’s been a noticeable shift in the world when it comes to ownership; specifically the media and housing market space. Perpetual renting seems to be the way of the future. Whil

I was burned by Adobe for the last time a few years ago. Since then, I avoid them like the plague. I loved Figma, but now I will be searching for an alternative. Adobe ruins everything they acquire, and its only a matter of time before Figm

Which brand? France has Hellmann's and also tastes very similar to the Hellmann's we have here in the USA. My favorite brand of mayo is Maille, which I have not yet tried here.

I was referring to the overall [0]format that the USA uses to display the information. Of course, every country has their own version of this. The format I saw on the jar here led me to believe that it was not imported. Nutriscore is pretty

You’re probably right, I didn’t realize that it came from Canada until I read more comments in this thread. I just assumed it was made here in the US when I saw the “nutritional facts” label on the back (they don’t do that in France). If yo

I recently moved back to the US after living in France for nearly a decade. I bought some Maille Dijon mustard thinking it would taste the same...boy was I wrong. I was disgusted, it tasted nothing like what I had in France. Would the recip

I've thought a lot about this and I think the answer is no. I lived in Paris for almost a decade and my mental health would deteriorate if I didn't make it point to leave the city periodically. Sure, there are many benefits to liv

I'll go ahead and say it: Amazon is frighteningly large. Any time I visit a UPS store, the lines are out the door and most of the people are there to make amazon returns. I see amazon delivery trucks throughout my town - its incredible
