For basic notes, the ones that come with most devices imo are very good. Apple notes, Samsung notes, Onenote, all very good. So good I find it difficult to recommend anything else to people, like Notion still doesn’t even have proper pen&#x

We’re all glorified relational DB when you think about it lol Notion was one of THE new tastemakers. Every startup copying their designs, now there’s AI generators to make “notion style art”. To see their new pages and additions have such c

You just replied to a comment in which they did not reply to you. Thus, you were not heard. Why? Why did you do this instead of talking to a friend on the phone or in a video call or text where your qualifier actually holds true? Did you lo

There is no logical inconsistency here. Durov, a citizen of France, failed to comply with their own country's process. This isn't a "random country" applied "for anyone".

Since the mid 2010s at least. It was common then that Intel would expect far greater for less pay than others. They're also known for paying half than the market rate for contract work too.

Telegram still collects and stores private user data, and as per their own privacy policy. This isn't in stark contrast to western companies at all. Additionally, they fulfilled requests made in Brazil, India, and Germany to name some

Most people really never left the calling people part. Tech just made it easier for them. I've known people who have gone from on the phone all the time people to using skype to those in discord voice chats. Largely because of the cost

Both of these can be true, and it’s far more likely to be self reinforcing. Because it’s such an unimpeachable monopoly, the competition that doesn’t put forth billions are doomed to fail. People talk about feature parity, but that’s irrele

Netflix doesn’t have the leverage anymore. If people start having problems with it, even when caused by ISPs, people will just subscribe to Disney or Max or whatever. Long gone are the days where they can perform such grandstanding.

Huh? This isn’t free as in freedom. This is a server they control and can alter at any point. You can use alternative services to manage your own servers if you want for “free-as-in-freedom”.

In Apples case they changed that several years ago so you can definitely charge your Apple users more. However you will get the app rejected if you show any sign of showing users that you can buy it cheaper elsewhere than the Apple system.
