But e-ink technology isn’t ready to go out of the gate - the refresh rate is still a significant issue that makes it virtually purposeless for much beyond reading. If it is at this point, it just didn’t happen quickly enough.

iPods. I have several friends who have, within the last year, sourced out classic iPods for personal use - I personally find my first-gen iPod shuffle to be one of the most useful digital devices in my collection. Next - old game consoles.

If I was doing Logic Pro X tutorials, or XCode tutorials, this would be a non-option - which are the only kinds of tutorials I personally have enough knowledge and drive to create. PC is a non-option for a chunk of people in dev and media -

This is not universally true, and, furthermore - there's a serious issue here. Working from home requires a level of personal discipline that a lot of people aren't used to. It took me years to be as effective, or more, at working

I really wish we could make custom Apple Watch faces, for instance. At least open up the API for it for developers - for example - Apple does not provide an Apple Watch face with both an analog and digital representation, and I can’t make

Consider an Apple Watch app/extension? It could be incredibly useful to not have to pick up a phone to use, and probably would not be that difficult to port over. If you need help, testing or advice feel free to contact me at claire at

My issue is you’re asking for Pepsi before Coke has been invented, if that’s an effective metaphor? It’s like, slow down, let’s get Apple’s own native solution in there before we get a third party one? If not only to make sure it’s done rig

When Logic Pro is available on the iPad Pro , I will concede to its name being acceptable. Even developing on it is secondary. You have Pro apps. Start acting like it. By their own software definition - this is not a Pro machine. If I

I had to do a double take when I saw you’d written ‘VSCode’. Are you serious? We should be starting with XCode, I mean, given all the rules and restrictions on the platform, it’ll be shocking enough when Apple finally gets XCode into action

No. I paid $740 for the rest. I paid $50 for the pill. You would understand if you could get beyond defending this pathetic system. Sad and shameful. There is no excuse to mark up a pill $49.50 beyond raping the poor. That is all. Ten dol

It’s pathetic you’re defending this, and terribly evident you have never had to live in poverty in the states. It’s also patently, blatantly false. I paid $740 to see the doctor to identify I needed an Advil. I paid $50 for the Advil! Y

To all the folk talking ‘quarantine the states’ here - that’s the definition of a band-aid, not a solution. Especially since COVID is already in the states. IMHO we will be exposed to this virus no matter what.

Unfortunately I need a search engine to be functional. The trade off privacy is certainly not worth it, and the algorithms aren’t half as good, at least in terms of search results. It’s a damn shame.
