This called transfer learning and is an active area of research. It doesn't work nearly as well as it "should" if "AI" was really Artificial "Human Intelligence".

Then don't join a beta test of softwaree as part of a collaboration with a 3rd party business? "Personal computer" means one person per computer, vs a mainframe. It's not a privacy statement.

This is an impossible problem. If they underdeclare, they invite a lawsuit. If they overdeclare, they get accused of malfeasance they aren't even doing. If they open the whole business to transparency, they become victims of commerical

"simply byte comparison" is not a term associated with Unicode. Unicode is usually in strings, and reverse engineering a string is -- very hard, and surprisingly I haven't found a paper proving whether it is NP complete.
