I actually like personalized search, except when I'm searching for anything remotely non-technical. Ubuntu Forums are the top result when I search for flu symptoms.

If I drag the "Draggable" box down to the "Changing Source" box on Chrome, the overlay messes up. Otherwise, nice little effect, loads sort of slow (not sure if thats the javascript or the website).

Thats probably true. On the one hand you have users getting so used to bootstrap sites that they begin to instinctively know expected behavior and how to navigate other bootstrap sites, which is good UX. Then on the other hand you have a la

Coincidentally I just set up a response that uses 418 I'm a teapot about an hour ago. I really wanted 422 Unprocessable Entity, but werkzeug doesn't implement that (and for some reason instead implements 418 I'm a teapot).

This decision has nothing to do with web developers. These are the kinds of choices made by those who don't understand the usability implications of their decisions.

XSLT is typically used to translate XML into HTML. Sure, you could use CSS to style XML, but I believe the point isn't to argue the semantics of the markup, only to say that some sort of markup is required in order to use CSS.
