I definitely don't know much about general relativity, but isn't it yet another model/theory? A better one I bet, but one that still relies on information, so when we talk about "mass changes spacetime...", well my

When studying physics (simple stuff like electromagnetism and gravitational forces) I always wondered how the universe "knows" what's the distance between two planets when it comes to calculating forces amongst them. If the d

What are the chances of encountering performance issues and/or incompatibilities when using Alpine Linux as Docker image for Go apps in production?

Seems like unnecessary complexity to me. What about skipping the cache tricks until Docker releases a version that handles all thing cache related in a better way?

Slack would become the best chat app for every company out there with just one simple feature (or the lack of it): - remove the "user is online" green dot. Really, it's not needed. Once it's removed then everything becom

Interesting. Was the domain equal to your full name, first name, some other combination? (e.g., johnsmith.example, smith.example, john.smith.example, smith.john.example) If it's the first case (johnsmith.example), isn't it tricky

I don't think that's gonna happen. The same way modern browser's don't come with a java runtime to run servlets. Something better (and different) will come after SPAs, and the cycle will start again.

One can use Vagrant and VMware (instead of Virtualbox) on ARM M1. VMware fusion is free and Hashicorp has released the VMware vagrant plugin for free as well.
