When an asset is making new highs and is in a bull market, everyone starts putting out more and more unreasonable price targets. Its a hallmark of two-bit "market analysts" everywhere.

German and Dutch straightforwardness only goes one way. Try talking to them back with the same straightforward way they talk to you, and see how they react.

You're lucky, or chose well. For me, I would have to commute 50 minutes, 35 minutes of which is by train, and I have to change once. The rest is walking and waiting time. And 50 minutes is the best case scenario. Add rain, snow and oth

Yes, GP is a really disingenuous comment. What if it was a parent needing to take the child to the doctor at 11am on a Tuesday? Or they had taken vacation? Other than that, if hours are flexible and the team member communicated that they wo

It is also a privilege to have a roof over your head and running water. There are billions of people who don't have those things. I don't see how such ultra-woke comments add to the discussion.

I don't know if Jon is a father but I would absolutely not be surprised if, when he becomes one, he does take a healthy paternity leave. Many of these people are very "do as I say, not as i do" types.

I remember at the time many of laptops that had a IEEEE1394 port had the small size one, not the full-size one that the iPod cable used. Also most desktops didn't have it onboard due to royalty fees so you needed to buy a PCI card. Not

I do kind of agree, but I have not much hope for a free market where a company wins by being that much better than the rest, where they could just go with the flow and charge the same fees as anyone else. With gas cars, there's a clear

Why wouldn't they just apply the same usury rates they apply for gasoline tanks that are not given full to electric cars?

Where I live, it is exceedingly hard to get anything electric or even hybrid as a rental. Sometimes I wonder why that is. There are companies offering EVs for short-term rentals by the minute or hour, but not as many of the big companies wh

What better way to make prices of a good go up than to ban the making of new ones. Someone post the chart which shows how Canada, NZ and Australia are responsible for most of the house price increases in the western world.

Hydrogen needs a whole different infrastructure because of how light it is and how small the molecules are. It also makes tanks and pipes brittle over time because it finds a way through them to the outside, and leaves tiny holes behind.
