What better way to make prices of a good go up than to ban the making of new ones.
Someone post the chart which shows how Canada, NZ and Australia are responsible for most of the house price increases in the western world.
- sampo 5y agoIt's a ban on banning apartment buildings. It's not a ban on building detached homes.
