You are spot on. Random once a year BP measurement is not good enough. Doctors are being asked to provide life altering advice while being effectively blind in this case. I have no idea why we don't try harder to make their (tough) job

For many years the best language(s) experts have been trying to have compile time and run time strings live together happily ever. They come tantalizingly close but don't quite succeeded. Maybe it is time to entertain the idea that eve

Ah - so not a one off. Socially - person A pushes for change through various stages, spending time, effort and own personal social credit, persuading very opinionated people along the way to support the change. If successful, then person B,

Indeed, you don't understand. Your proposal is excellent and it would in time heal a major C pain point. However - and I'm sorry to say - your politics game is non-existent, I'm afraid. Not to be super cynical, but: the polit

A from scratch GPU-free introduction to modern machine learning. Many tutorials exist already of course, but this one aims to really explain what is going on, from the ground up. Also, we’ll develop the demo until it is actually useful on r

Great read, and lead me to "When VLA in C doesn't smell of rotten eggs" https://blog.joren.ga/vla-usecases and this: int n = 3, m = 4; int (*matrix_NxM)[n][m] = malloc(sizeof *matrix_NxM); //
