Just compare web design before ACID and after ACID. All browsers had working code, but web design was nightmare.

Robert Martin is author of Agile manifesto. https://www.quora.com/Why-does-Kent-Beck-refer-to-the-redisc... The original description of TDD was in an ancient book about programming. It said you take the input tape, manually

TDD requires to write FUNCTIONAL test case first for every new feature. Functional test case should not depend on implementation. Integrational and unit tests are.

Because you said that you can test program manually faster than write automated test case for it. I'm opposite. Human must think, computer must work.

Compiler cannot determine intent, so it will not be able to produce correct, user readable error message, in user language.

What if I want to do something like in following snipet: baz(foo)?("Cannot do baz, foo={}", foo).bar()?"Cannot do bar"; Is there a syntax sugar for such thing? If so, I will be converted to Rust.

So, circumvent your furnace control logic to burn at max rate when it receives no commands from it remote controller, then go somewhere for a week. Engineers are stupid people, you know.
