I came to comment for this very reason. I care a lot about humidity. Ideally you could include both humidity (dew point is the best measure of humidity, btw) and feels like, but just the humidity would be enough. But yeah, as others mention

Aside from all the comments mentioning that reencoding in h264 would probably yield similar results (albeit not as good as h265), another issue is the statement that DivX is the same thing as h264. They are related, but not the same: https
