People should have full information.. I should know if the building I move into is made from plaster of paris. However, if I still want to move into it... I shouldn't be passing on my genes.

I'd like to say this should not be legislated, and people should choose who to do business with on their own. If they offer the government a bond to cover losses, then people might go to that business instead of some startup. OTOH, perhaps

What you're describing is often considered to be good code. Maintainability is quite often the most important thing when it comes to coding. Cryptic code, though sometimes a tad bit harder to understand, is often preferable when it substant

You could write a best-selling cookbook on this stuff. Format the book to cater to people that can only buy their supplies, with separate sections on more self-sufficient things (like growing vegatables, knowing farmers, etc.) and link to/c

Could we have a hybrid? We don't need to see the exact number... what if massively upvoted (100+ points) got a green highlight on the "link" URL, and massively downvoted (-10 or more) get shaded, like they already do? This keeps the content

Agreed. I'm glad that he sees foreign companies as competitors... I'm not itching to get in a fight with China or Russia, but they're frenemies. We shouldn't be giving them any more than we have to.

I've had it for a little bit, but I went back to Ubuntu Classic when I saw I couldn't add a "Show Desktop" to the panel... Between gnome-do and the window snapping feature a-la Windows 7, "Ubuntu Classic" works well for me. Besides, I'm exp

Yep, exactly. I'm glad we're on the same page. Or, perhaps overreaching bureaucracies should be eliminated and allow these united states to handle their own populace as they see fit, while abiding by the Constitution.

Why not make a website that could take my zip, or use smartphone location services? you've reduced your potential user count, espectially since it's a free app.

1) That's the point. It wants to be similar to gold. We traded based on a third party commodity (gold/silver) until 1974 and did alright. 2) So? I don't see your point. The goal of BTC is not to eliminate fees, but to make digital currency
