In Chrome it requires flash to play the sound (same as the plugin version). Everything else works fine without flash.

The documents Manning leaked weren't really conspiracies. Nothing that I've seen so far is illegal, and most of it isn't even interesting. 3 million people didn't leak it because there was no compelling reason to leak them.
