I don't think that's a problem for the vast majority of pytorch users

Take the reverse, when people know there are no speed cams they are free to speed as they want, which I'm sure is how a lot of people interpret this.

I still don't understand why showing police cars or speed-cams on a map/GPS map is allowed or even legal.

Donations and twitch emerged as funding mechanisms because Youtube ads are not providing enough revenue for the vast majority of content creators out there.

Isn't everyone investing in FAANG etc. at this point? Like if you have a retirement fund you own these stocks almost guaranteed. Probably beyond the 50K industry specific limits mentioned elsewhere in here too

No joke, it was the clunkiest library ever. I wonder if they ended up improving it.

From what I could see, the dataset has 300 data points (and less than 100 attributes/features), so it should take less than a minute to train a state of the art model on a normal computer. Cost: 0$

I've grown quite fond of the one-unit-per-tile paradigm. It brings a strategic element of a different nature to besieging a city, I don't mind it.

Oh right, forgot about touch recognition, that's also a bit off. Needs more strength / pressure than it should. I'm guessing they didn't tune it properly when they made the devices water resistant?

Kobo appears to be an inferior device on most accounts. Both of my Kobo readers have had glitches, required reboots, and at times had a suspiciously low battery life. The first even just stopped working all of a sudden. But all of it was w

So it sounds like the restaurants are overestimating how well an instagram account responds to their needs. Maybe they do need to invest in a more traditional web page after all. I'll happily disregard any restaurant that forces me to

If only there was a way to distribute large files in a peer-to-peer manner, thus reducing the load on facebook's servers to effectively nothing. That would likely result in a torrent of bits being shared without any issues!

I like the distinction you make. Though I don't think Pillars of Eternity is a very strong example of a linear game that's awesome -- I played this game for a good 20 hour at one point without following the main storyline.

Am I the only one that can't stand these games? They are so restrictive in their gameplay, so linear! It feels like watching an interactive movie more than playing a game.

I've been browsing some website with js disabled and I must say, when it doesn't completely break a website (ex. website with paywalls or relying heavily on dynamic content), it feels like a much better version of the web. No flas

Here's your TL;DR: if the author is right, crypto will actually hurt society. Not saying I agree with him, but it wouldn't just be a matter of adopting it or not. Nothing wrong with public discourse on the matter, would be more pr

Relationships are hard, they require constant effort. Beyond being an attractive human being (i.e. take care of yourself, physically and mentally), it's all about emotional intelligence and communication.
