You didn't actually answer my question. When you use a lot of phrases like: "Maciej cheated", "Maciej tried to game the system", "He tried to stack the deck", you don't make it sound like you think he

BTW this is the largest Clojure project I've heard about: https://twitter.com/hlship/status/631935954039652352 . That's a pure Clojure project.

I develop Cursive - it's closed source, but it's around 31k LOC Clojure, 23k Java and 5k Kotlin, all as counted by cloc. I'm not sure what's up with your find command, but that reports 5k LOC in Cursive, it's defini

Maybe there is no solution to this problem. I have yet to be convinced that surveillance has been effective at all at combatting terrorism, and even if it's been occasionally effective its ROI is terrible. Our various societies are g

This looks really interesting - it's very encouraging to see it being used in real projects of quite disparate types. It bodes well for the maturity and flexibility of the model.

Not the GP, but I took a bunch of time off work, traveled with my wife for a while and then hacked on fun things until I found one I could make into a product. I'm now living off a bootstrapped product, and I couldn't be happier.

This is a pretty lame response. Could be a troubling precedent? Really? Tweeting it also seems to massively trivialise it.

Good luck with all that in 20-40 years if China, Russia, or the Muslim world decide to make aggressive battle-tested men. Because we should be training our children for the impending apocalypse at all times?

Well, I think the "better than existing solutions" part is the offline client - mostly I just need a web front end for users to get the issues into the system. I'm happy for all the searching etc to be only in the desktop cli

I'd actually be interested in trying this, since I have a lot of issues and I'm getting frustrated with Github issues. But I'd need my users to be able to file and comment on issues online - it looks like this is not possible

If you're interested in the debugger, I spoke about it at Clojure/West this year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ql77RwhcCK0 . It shows how the debugger works and I talk about the problems debugging Clojure code,

Not based on the live browser environment over the connection, no. Currently the completion for CLJS REPLs comes from the current project, and Cursive uses the Tern static files to autocomplete basic things that are normally present. I'

Since Cursive works by analysing source code, for the most part everything that works for Clojure just works for CLJS too - navigation, refactorings etc. I'm planning to add very soon native support for CLJS REPLs, since getting them r

That's pretty unusual, debugging for the most part just works. If you want help investigating that let me know, but if you're happy with Emacs that's cool too - lots of good options for Clojure.

Yeah, this is the biggest hole in Cursive's functionality right now. It doesn't affect most people much but it's still painful for some, depending on which libraries you're using. Fixing this is my #1 priority in terms o

It doesn't right now, sadly. IntelliJ is now capable of painting results inline in the editor but I haven't added that for REPL eval yet since results can only be on a single line. I'm discussing this with JetBrains, I'd
