It doesn't right now, sadly. IntelliJ is now capable of painting results inline in the editor but I haven't added that for REPL eval yet since results can only be on a single line. I'm discussing this with JetBrains, I'd hoped a fix would make it into v15 but it didn't in the end. Soon, with a bit of luck. This will only be inline results though, not a full auto-execute instarepl.
