   I'm surprised that a massive project like IntelliJ has only 8 critical people on it. They must be incredibly productive.

   I don't think it automatically starts up. You have to run fish-config to start it yes? $ fish_config Web config started at 'file:///Users/bjorn/.cache/fish/web_config-6VIDFM.html'.

   Do you think it would be fine to use a singleton if the writes are all happening in a single thread and it's not critical that the reads be synchronized? Sharing state across go routines seems like something to be avoided. In vanilla J

   How does anything here rob the programmer of automation and abstraction? This adds something, it doesn't detract. It's an annotation you can use where you want. Your observation is specious.
