Yea, I missed trimming. But still NativeAOT results in 10x the size of the Go binary in Windows (win-x64)

C# is a lovely language to work with. The only issue I have is with the .NET ... that is, building self-contained binaries to distribute. For comparison: * Hello World win-x64 binary self-contained in .NET 7 is around 70 MB * The same for G

There is nothing holding anyone back from using (expression ? val1 : val2) in svelte though. So, we're not missing anything that JSX/react has got. The {#if} thingy is just a bonus which is welcome in my opinion.

Let's not also forget that the .NET self-contained executables are huge in size compared to Go's. An ASP.NET app could be more than 100 MB

https://m.livesoccertv.com/ took more than 4 MB. And if you navigate to Sunday's results it took 18.2 MB, which I think is too heavy. I wish there was something light weight like HN.

WPF is pretty good, actually. It is kind of 'done' at this point and thus the maintenance mode. The future could be MAUI though; and it is around the corner

It really is that good. Out of the bunch of apps on my iPhone Telegram is the one that is fast, effectively using cellular data, feature packed. The Unigram client on Windows 10 is also neat.
