Some things are objectively addictive. For instance, alcohol is an objectively addictive drug. If you don't have trouble controlling drinking now, that's excellent, but if someone were to somehow force you to drink 6 drinks a day

I'm not trying to argue about whether hand washing is important. I'm trying to increase my understanding of the transmission, and I hadn't heard before that touch face/nose/mouth is the primary way of the disease
