Oh the strategy was there since the premises of Gnome 3. One size fits all, tv-desktop-tablet-phone are all the same. RH even hired UI/UX designers to push this agenda. Unsurprisingly, it failed. It then became "all about keyboard

They must adapt. Period. And don't worry, when they have to, they do find solutions. The thing is, with open source, you don't have to, worse, the vast majority of enterprises rely because you don't need to make any effort.

That would only work if Paypal transform Pinterest into a marketplace which Pinterest could have done earlier if it was that easy. I get the intent but it still feel like a lot of work with no guaranteed ROI.
