I second that. I'm a commercial painter and more then once I've had my sansa mp3 player fall into a paint bucket. Fish it out, clean it up and the damn things just kept on working. Instant brand loyalty after that. Shame they

The quickest way to kill replay ability in games: cut scenes that you can not skip. If the player has seen the scene once, there should always be the option to skip it.
