When I saw this word I first thought of "ashi-ato" (footprint). I think the word was probably made to evoke this meaning.

Really nice, focused write up. Very useful and to the point. HTML is really very accessible to someone with basic computer skills. It's a shame that a standard business website is now a facebook page. There is a local gym near me with

You said: "I've been here since 2012, and I've never felt like I wasn't just about to be fired." Imagine someone terrified of having a car accident every time they drove. "Have you ever been in an accident?&qu

Language learning is a marathon not a sprint. The majority of people give up before reaching their goals. With this in mind, you should think carefully about how you will keep your motivation up and how you will make the process fun and i

I do a one way cycle commute. Bus in the morning, cycle home. Cycling and taking the bus both take about an hour, plus cycling is more enjoyable and good exercise. I call that a net win.

Some of the other comments have good suggestions for scripts and tools. I'd like to offer a slightly different opinion. Make your Anki cards one at a time. Quality over quantity. It's very easy to add 10,000 words and translation

Microsoft offers a free online course that addresses issues like this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/paths/tech-resilience... It is long, detailed and deals with exactly the situation you describe.

If you are interested in the media in Japan and how it chooses to report or not report news I recommend the book "Exposure: Inside the Olympus Scandal". It tells the story of loss hiding at Olympus. Especially interesting are the
