Some antivirus complain about any file compressed using kkrunchy ( http://www.farbrausch.de/~fg/kkrunchy/ ). This is a known issue. Some background here: https://conspiracy.hu/about/antivirus&#x

Apart from old-school productions, there's very little assembly in modern demoscene. 64kB intros use mostly C++ (or Rust). Even for 4kB intros, assembly is not used very often (and the interesting code is in the shaders anyway).

Nice! It reminds me of two other recent demoscene productions, also shader-based: Waillee, in 4kB: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=71873 Fermi Paradox, in 64kB: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=67113

I spent some of my time creating realtime procedural animations in 64kB, as part of the demoscene. 64kB is the size of the Windows executable (including all models, textures, music, etc.). Youtube capture of my last work: https://

Lovely! The idea is very similar to NoFail ( https://github.com/laurentlb/NoFail ), a language I've described, but not yet implemented.

Both GLSL and HLSL are very popular, for both 64kB intros and 4kB intros. Even Elevated is storing the actual text in the binary ( http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=52938 ). Compressed text can be quite small. I wrote a min
