Not really. Windows still lacks one of Ubuntu's killer features (package management), and virus scanners don't always work. That and a Linux terminal is much nicer to work with than Command Prompt.

This seemed like a tutorial for people who already understand genetic algorithms. I want to understand genetic algorithms. Anyone know some good beginner tutorials or explanations?

I think that exists as a spray. Basically a clear coat, but highly reflective. I don't know if this one is legit, but I've heard of at least one brand that is. http://www.photoblocker.com/

Erm. Isn't it possible to transmit data that way, specifically by affecting the state of one particle, and observing the other?

I do believe there have been experiments that have successfully transmitted data via quantum entanglement. I don't really feel like digging up a source at the moment though.
