Um, no. Read the thread about 2-4 parents up. United’s contract of carriage says 15 min before departure for domestic flights.

Just noticed that the author of the article, Allison Robicelli, is the same Allison whose overnight O’Hare airport adventures went viral back in December. https://www.chicagotribune.com/people/ct-people-ord-ohare-be...

Sadly in the USA the prevalence of wireless cc terminals is amazingly low; even in restaurants you hardly ever see them, although this is getting by better, and (same hypothesis) would likely change if chip and pin was required here

Obligatory HN angle: I’ve often hypothesized that if credit cards in the US were chip and pin (like the rest of the world), NJ would support self serve in a microsecond. Eg no way would customers be comfortable handing their card over the

It’s not about jobs; it’s about entitlement. Some years back our governor at the time tried to change this and the vast vast majority of residents (not me) raised hell. https://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/07/nyre

Very hacky -- in both a good sense and a bad sense. Seems like there are tons of SaaS & cloud service offerings which could be overloaded to do this. Eg, why not just use resource Tags in AWS? they are key/value pairs. Or, why not

I fail to see the point of a curated-but-unmaintained list when you can just go to the GitHub actions marketplace, where at least there are community stars that let you know how popular a given action is.

Not sure how “curated” this list is. The first one that caught my eye ( https://github.com/phishy/wflow ) has a “this repo is archived” warning with no updates since 2019.
