   cap here: WPD has been around almost since the release of Windows 10.

   Shutup10 also does not allow completely disable telemetry. Moreover, it has more than half of useless settings that have nothing to do with privacy. Shutup10 - In fact, just another registry editor. Btw only one WPD feature "blocker&
