You are the one that's confused if your conclusion is fat = bad for the heart based on this.

I always thought that the basic fact that unsaturated fats oxidize easier points to them not being ideal for protecting from UVs.

Conversely, blue light is harmful. Worth looking into it. Red light is absolutely safe for the eyes IME at any dose. It does feel very good and healthy, for whatever it's worth.

I second the Sports Research brand it's my favorite based on their obvious careful choice of fillers. Anyway, yes the full spectrum of the sun provides much more, not only UV for vitamin D but the red/infrared part of the spectrum

It's basically impossible to share e.g a long screenshot of text because WhatsApp compresses so aggressively, it's a joke.

Honestly I don't understand how beings capable of interstellar travel get all they way to earth and crash their spaceships, and we can just tow their technology like it's nothing special.

Years ago there was a documentary with some guy (a developer iirc) was preparing for badwater, it involved going running in the summer heat with winter gear on. He did manage to finish the race though!

Trying to get GPT to generate comments at a particular level really highlights its limitations in my experience. For instance, I couldn't get it to focus on commenting on programming language aspects of the code (or only in a crude way

Honestly this is the best iOS HN app to date. I see you get a lot of comments about the paywall, I suggest you try offering a 7-day trial instead of the nag. Or, better yet, limit it to X number of openings or something like that.
