Scrolling is broken in Safari on this page. Maybe the page authors should spend less time in the Chrome dev tools and more in the dev tools of other browsers.

As someone who lives, and prefers to live, a car-centric lifestyle (as opposed to walking or taking public transportation), most of the points in this article don't bother me. I think this is just another rehash of the "cars are b

Funny, even though I wear an Apple Watch every day I've gone back to using Apple Pay on my iPhone instead. It's just easier than the contortions that are sometimes required to get the Apple Watch close enough to the reader.

We've had a few Netflix candidates interview, seem a great fit for a position, made them an offer, and they just reject it and never talk to us again. We started developing a theory that Netflix candidates are all ju

My only complaint is that the buttons are all merged into one on both the Pebble 2 and Time 2, like they are on the Pebble Time. One of the things I liked about my original Pebble compared to my Time was that the buttons were separate, maki

Then you should be saying "that's how domain ownership works", not "that's how DNS works". Domain ownership != DNS. Also, next time everyone seems to misunderstand what you're saying, try to consider that

Is it possible that those safeguards were deactivated by the Tesla delivery specialist, or by the customer at the suggestion of the delivery specialist, in order to demonstrate how the feature works? I genuinely don't know if that'

From the accounts here, it sounds like it's pretty easy to activate Summon when you just want to park your car, by accidentally pressing "park" twice instead of once. This is compounded by the fact that there is no "off&

I suspect that the "connect to your car" step wasn't even necessary - that the activity logs are constantly streamed to Tesla's service. And yes, it's worrying to me that they collect information to that level of de

I feel that pressing "park" should be idempotent. If I press "park" twice in my car, I don't want to drive away once I get out. Tesla really needs a dedicated "start autopilot" button to make the intention

I moved to the area a few months ago for my career, and while I wouldn't say I hope to leave soon, I don't plan on putting down roots. My hope is to save up some money and buy a cheap house in cash where the cost of real estate an

You've probably already checked this, but there's a switch in the glove compartment of BMWs that will lock the trunk and prevent it from being opened. Try flipping the switch and see if your trunk opens.

There's a subtle distinction though - the 30-pin connector and the Lightning connector can only be used to connect to or from an iOS device. If Apple removed the headphone jack and encouraged people to buy Lighting headphones instead,

I don't think this counts, as the Lightning connector retained the same functionality as the 30-pin connector. Sure, you can't connect old 30-pin cables or accessories without an adapter, but no functionality was lost.

Fair enough, I should have specified "iOS device". Though I would argue that the MagSafe change doesn't count as it still retains the same functionality, it's just a different form factor.

As far as I'm aware, Apple has never removed hardware functionality on a future generation of that iOS device. I would expect the iPhone 7, 7S, 8, etc to all have 3D Touch. Now, whether they continue to integrate it into more places in

I think Apple doesn't want this iPhone to seem new. Otherwise you might get a bunch of people upgrading to the entry-level model instead of the more expensive iPhone 6s.
