How good is scalabiliy? If I build a tool that processes 10 million orders a day, will it scale?

There you have it, what is the horrible thing about a company suggesting you books? They won't sell it because it is their advantage.

Yeah, right. So what do you rather have when you get into a website, tailored recommendations or generic ones which do not apply to you? I rather have targeted adds of things that I might need than porn and poker adds.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I worked at "mega-coorporations" and nobody cares what you buy. You are just a number in a system that at most uses your buying history to suggest you books to buy.

100% agree. The first time I noticed, I came up with the name "toy interfaces". They look very nice but have very little substance. And to think that one of the most versatile and used interfaces is a spreadsheet, which has very d

If they are so Open Source, what is this BS that they are pulling out now that you cannot get the source code unless you are a paying customer, and if you are a paying customer you get terminated if you share the code? Or am I missing somet

Totally agree. Love Xiaomi products, for example, but they realease so many phones per year that it feels like they never have time to polish them. They might release like 30 different phones in a year!

I don't think it is $10 per month. Is whatever you use: $0.05 per connection +$0.02 per hour +$0.04 per GB. $10 is the minium you can add to your account, and then it deducts from there.

Yeah, I honestly don't see the advantage. What I would ask is that companies that create phones without replaceable batteries, should provide replacement by a reasonable fee (let's say no more than 9% the cost of the phone).

I recall having an option to do it like that. But it was one of the options. You can cancel right away.

Amazon is shitty in a million ways, but asking for confirmation (once more IIRC) if you want to cancel Prime is far from a dark pathern IMHO. You just need to read the question and press the right button. The problem is that we have forgote

I haven't tested it yet, but I suggest that you have a "per image" price for those who use it sporadically. I could be a potential user, but not for 24/m for the 50 images I can do per month.
