I would try myself at selling stuff perhaps start a business. You can just start selling water in front of a library. Learning to sell and fighting your fear of interactions will be an asset for the rest of your life.

Making an educated guess: better education with regards to job opportunities requirements allows you to compete in a smaller market so your work won't be offshored.

Yeah my initial idea was to build graphs based on emails about the same "event" and perhaps show the emails for the largest graph in addition to the option of getting the latest email. Any ideas how you would see this visually?

The way they measure positive and negative politicians is flawed. Republican candidates seem more controversial due to a different political culture compared to Democrats (there is no one as divisive as Trump for example).

Sometimes the political divide between Europe and the US becomes glaring on Hacker News. I feel this tweet is one of those moments. Our differences makes us more interesting but this tweet was a bit hard to digest.
