I don’t think you need the distinction for the natural numbers. Int32 is a type. The natural numbers are the set of positive integers that don’t overflow the int type used to express them.

I wonder if these logic densities could be converted into units of nanometers. For example 333 MTr/mm2 is 333 Tr/um2. Then there are effectively sqrt(333) transistors on a side of a square micrometer which comes out to about 1

Good point about the incentives behind publishing. That said, it would be nice if educated people could make educated risks, and the general population could learn from their successes and failures. It seems like that would be a lot faster
