That's a good idea to give more positive instructions as opposed to negative instructions. I think you've stated it well, I suppose the problem with negative instructions is that the LLM doesn't know what to do instead. &quo

I'm curious as to what guardrails you've tried. This is something I have been trying to get right as well. I've attempted to use lots of linting and things like strong typing, duplicate checks, cyclomatic complexity, and rob

Hey thanks for sharing this. Was curious did you find the more you trained the model the more perf improved, or did it start plateauing. For example, let's say you didn't spend 67 cents, but you spent 67 dollars do you think you

I'm living in the South of Japan, it was a 4 intensity where I am (about 90km) from the epicenter. Luckily there was only some light shaking and nothing fell over here.

This is a sad day. I used heroku for years (in the past). A few alternatives to consider - https://render.com/ - this is very close to heroku - https://coolify.io/ - My personal favorite. It's slight

I have been using Google voice for 10+ years, and it's always been something that concerns me. I've been worried about Google either banning me or dropping the service. Does anyone know of a good alternative, I'm happy to p

Shameless plug: This is a podcast interview I did with Yi Ding of Llama index where we discussed some of the differences between LangChain and LlamaIndex (among other things). Give it a listen as a supplement to the article: https:/&

That is very cool. I'm curious if you can share some of the things people are using this synthetic DNA for?

Somewhat related is "Oh My ZSH!" which is basically zsh on steroids, it's always one of the first things I install on a new computer. It gives things like new colors, themes, plugins, and more. Highly recommend you check it

That's a good point. Are you referring to the out of date cuda libraries?

Wow that's a really good idea. I could potentially buy 4 Nvidia P40's for the same price as a 3090 and run inference on pretty much any model I want.

Realistically, what hardware would be required to run this? I assumed a RTX 3090 would be enough?

I lived in Tokyo for a little over 3 years from 2017 to 2020, and this video brings back some really fond memories. Here's a few fun facts about Japan's trains: - Every single station has a different song that plays. Here is a sam

I hate new years resolutions. I feel like if you need to wait for a new year to change, you don't want it bad enough. I remember maybe 10-15 years ago I was at the gym on December 31st at around 7pm. There was a snow storm outside, so
