   This is less about “AI hallucinations” and more about incentive misalignment. The system was rewarded for producing SEO-friendly content at scale, not for factual correctness, and there was no strong verification loop before publishing.

   The end-to-end speech-to-speech claim is interesting, especially avoiding the ASR→LLM→TTS pipeline, which is where most latency and error compounding happens.

   The “empower vs replace” distinction seems less about intent and more about incentives. If you optimize for autonomous task completion, you get replacement; if you optimize for shared context and decision quality, you get augmentation.
