Putting the practicality of constructing such a facility on Venus aside, I presume geology of Venus' crust would be a big factor here. Another important factor would be the chemistry needed to separate CO2 from Venus' atmosphere.

I am a math major and I am learning GR by myself right now. For GR, you need tensors (among many other things), and as a result I have gone through SEVERAL tutorials, books, videos etc. There is ONE main thing I find lacking in all of these

I have, yes. I also noticed ISC schools weren’t focused on preparation for competitive exams whereas CBSE schools were. Of course, this is anecdotal.

SpaceX is for profit, so it’s goals need to be profitable monetarily. NASA is government funded so it can focus on important things that may not be profitable monetarily.

It takes time. I have been developing software for more than a decade now and I am still learning a lot of things that seem to be basic. Your knowledge and experience will increase linearly. Mac would definitely be my choice.
