Long johns! While Seattle doesn't get that cold during the winter, the combination of 40 degree weather and moisture sure feels colder than it is. And our office is constantly swinging between warm and chilly for some odd reason. Havin

I was in the exact same situation. What I did was take a web manager job at a non-profit. I run their Wordpress website. It isn't what I was hoping for when I left marketing in the SAAS space, but it's a start and I finally enjoy

The simple fact that you understand the rough road to success tells me you have a lot to offer to entrepreneurs that follow you. Regardless of whether your product achieved monetary success, everything you've learned and the wisdom you

1. Make sure you have all your toppings ready before you begin assembling your pizza. 2. When you grab your dough ball (before you stretch it), coat it with flour. This is critical. 3. Stretch the dough on a floured counter top. Only transf

Lots of interesting info here with regard to baking pizza (I'm a huge fan of the Baking Steel). However, if you aren't taking the time to make your dough ahead of time (1-3 days), it's all for naught.

As with anything, just dive in. There are loads of free patterns available online and an equal number of tutorials on YouTube. You can get cheap yarn / hooks from Joanns or Michaels or you can order online. You're going to make mi

Two ways. You can either use a stitch marker or you can count your stitches as you go (in all fairness, this does take a bit of trial and error to get good at). If you go over, just pull those stitches out. Not a big deal. The first afghan

I had the same experience in 6th grade with a friend who moved to Michigan from Iowa. Last names "M" and "O" put us next to each other in class and the rest is history I suppose. It feels corny to say, but you really can

I've always assumed it was the lack of BIG things happening that limits the depth of friendships. With my childhood friends, we went through so much growing up together (family deaths, relationships, breakups, make ups, divorces, death

I think this is highly dependent on luck. If you're friendly and happen to live near other, outgoing, friendly families, then the odds of befriending them are higher. It also helps to have a friendly spouse (it helps a LOT).

You're not going to be believe this, but I'm still working on Ultima IV. I come back to it every 3-4 years and spin up a new player and start over. I love it, but never can seem to commit enough time to build up all my virtues.

Consider the total hours games like BotW offer and divide that into the price. That might alter your feelings that game prices are too high. I know it did for me.

That is a fair point. What I can say is that his loss weighs most heavily on my own children who never really got to know their grandfather. However, even though he was on a long, slow decline, he was still around for them to make memories

I've always felt that if one can point to themselves as kind, thoughtful, and willing to listen to and help others, they can count themselves among the very best society has to offer. Those are skills anyone can foster and use to brigh
