As far as I understand the mobile Diablo was supposed to be contracted out to another company (Netease). Said company also has a - let's put it this way - very similar game already on the market. So I guess it's even more surpri

Discord's notifications are on-point, so competition _there_. Of course Discord has the image problem of being marketed to gamers (and that's fine, because it lets them focus their efforts), but as a tool it is pretty well crafted

I agree with the intention... But! Such a system would become so inherently complex, because even in things as simple as "e-commerce" there is so much variation in how the whole purchasing experience works. It would start by sup

8 threads, 8MB cache, 4GHz? Pretty fast, yes. Not the fastest, by far, but are you really arguing that casual web browsing for news viewing (viewing! the stats are not even for page load, but idle ) should require top of the line equipment

When I commented, the comment in question had a very generic market-speech, and as a moderator of other internet communities, my "spider-sense tingled" so to speak. As it stands now the comment is much more productive.

Fair enough! It's just that your comment before the edit sounded a bit generic. Sorry for the annoyance!

And nowadays even websites that don't hijack the shortcut itself are non-"find in page"-able, due to the trick of disposing unused/out-of-view components (which is actually I suspect what Docs is doing, too, but they mad

Not GP, but I do that manually. Inline links often get in the way of the content, if you're using them as reference or support material. I still use inline links if it's central to the point of the comment.

You're right I was half asleep when I wrote the previous comment, I am very sorry. I meant a C(Java?)-like language. Which I am aware has nothing to do with OO, just syntax style.

I don't have the sources right now, but I once watched (not attended!) a presentation that talked about how JS was initially intended to be a language more like Lisp or Smalltalk, but was changed into an OO language to appease the heav
