Just got really excited about this and tried it on my iPad. I managed to set the accounts up no problem but on downloading data it just keeps bombing out on me, and now i cant get back into the app.

You're welcome, but I made a similar mistake too until I noticed Raphael being mentioned in the comments ;-)

I love stuff like this. Im hearing the raphaelJS name a lot so it's nice to see what can be done with it. I just assumed the library was for drawing charts? But I guess it's more for vectors. Anyway - what I'm really looking forward to is r

I found this advice to be useful and inspiring. It reminds me of when i first started out in my present business. We originally started as an IT support company. My IT skills were just average while my business partner was very highly skill

I'm afraid i'm not familiar enough with the politics and dynamics of the situation to be able to comment, but i hear what you are saying. Like you, i think its more important to focus on being bound by a common set of ideals and purpose.

I havent gotten round to reading the book yet, but there is further evidence of this in the book "Startup Nation: The story of Israel's economic miracle" By Dan Senor. He also did an introductory talk which was brilliant, on Fora.tv. I'll p

I got about a quarter way through the article and gave up reading. The reasoning cited is pretty poor. I was someone that used to think i could never code because my brain wasnt wired that way, but yet here i am, coding. Its given better in

Oh snap. I was going to develop something extremely similar to this over the next couple of months (i've only just started to learn how to develop). I can relate totally to the problem you are solving here, and its a very real one. Let me k

Quick Question. Would using Nginx as a front-end to Node improve performance in the same way it has done for serving PHP?

I was going to ask the same thing. It doesn't seem like that significant an improvement but I'm no expert. Also I do wonder if the performance improvements are mostly due to gpu acceleration as opposed to a switch to a different software mo

I think the key thing here is to know which problem is being solved or tackled by the product. For those that require an actual swiss army knife adding more utility for them would be useful, but for other applications it would be bloat.
