Adderall is a brand name of amphetamine / "speed". Enantiomers and purity notwithstanding, it's the same substance whether you acquire it from a pharmacy or a dealer, so any stigma applied to speed also applies to Addera

In my country, central a/c is rare and heating only occupied rooms using individual a/c units is the norm. I think heavy insulation on interior walls would be great here.
