My go-to has been AIMP for years and it has the same set of features plus a bit nicer skins/UI. Also an android version with the same feature set sans audio conversion. Also, last update was in December, not in 2023.

One of the reasons. I'd wager this is what appeals to people not merely playing but mastering a particular game - playing higher difficulties, 100% completion, and so on. The other reasons would be overcoming other humans (esports/

So it's fair to say that I'm pretty much worms that walk. HP would be absolutely thrilled to know that. Or maybe terrified out of his mind. One of the two for sure.

Anecdotal, but when building my previous (sorta, some components are still there today) PC in 2018 I had actually bought a dedicated sound card for it, a Sound Blaster Audigy FX, it was appallingly bad. Awful drivers, limited capability (fo

I disagree, the lukewarm emotion driven campaign ("we're not the other guy!") and lack of any rational strategy or arguments from the oppositon is how these people won in the first place.

Actually, no. The Gutenberg bible was not the goal of the printing press, although it might have been a business savvy move for a variety of reasons. We know that, possibly even before profitable Church orders of indulgences, it was used to

Already happened last year, both with fansubs and official releases - Nokotan springs to mind. It was indeed a trainwreck. Although having it done real time should also be funny.

This it no run of the mill insurance company. This is the absolute worst insurance company, putting it mildly. I would really recommend looking into it first before trying to downplay what they did and continue doing.

Ah the good old late 80s, when there was an almost (BUT!) identical BASIC variant around every corner. I had guides for GW-Basic, QuickBasic, QBASIC, TurboBasic, and all I had on the software was an AMOS interpreter. It mostly worked fine t

Movies, music, wiriting, all human arts, are made to make their audience feel something . "Entertaining" is only a small and honestly ill-defined subset of this, no more valid than any other approach.

I rather doubt under-16s ever watched any news corpos and the new corpos are more than likely aware of this from their own research so I don't think fighting over viewership is a factor in this.

Good mechanical keyboard can easily cost more than hall effect ones. It got worse when hotswappables came out and paying another hefty sum for just the replacement switches became easier / more acceptable.
