you could just make them optional arguments that you inject if they're declared. Happy to chat more. With Hamilton we could actually build an alternative way to describe your API pretty easily...

Yep! Very pragmatic. A few years ago I once ran a team without daily syncs etc. precisely to try to be remove all this stuff. Everyone still got their work done! But, an unintended side effect was that no body felt like they were on a team.

yeah I think the point is a bit muddied. Academics are always working... to me, the main take-away is that he got 6 days to think, and only had a single day of "disruptive meetings" to help ground/discuss whatever he was thin
